- LSLenny SquireJun 20, 20251.0I got paid early for Juneteenth. I got paid Tuesday and paid my car payment. That left me with $124. Out of that $124 only had $33 in my checking account. Then yesterday they put $567 in my account. Now they talking about I got to pay $550 back. They put money in my account and they did a glitch. My blood pressure is so high right now. I was about to flip out in this building. I don't play about my money. State Employees Credit Union is stealing my money from me. It ain't my fault yall put $567 in my account.
- TMTracie-Deanna McGeeNov 28, 20231.0Absolutely no remorse from the loan officer who "approved" my loan then had the audacity to say "oh because we didnt tell you that we needed tax documents since your a contractor - we cant honor the approval we had the nerve to tell you that you had" Literally once I get a way back up there im closing my account I just reopened and will never step foot here again. Wasted my whole day believing a lie.
- DBDana ByrdOct 11, 20221.0WORST bank ever! I have been with State Employees Credit Union for over 16 years! Not once have I been told that I cannot deposit/cash a check without a 2 to 3 day hold! They said that because I don't regularly bank at that location they would have to hold my check for a few days. I have been in Raleigh (I don't live in Raleigh )and cashed a check and not have a problem at all! Wow, I am really glad that this was not a medical emergency!
