- SMStanley MelvinJan 17, 20255.0Kathy Webb, Operations Services Supervisor, at the Queen Street Kinston branch, was a tremendous help to me yesterday. She has the most pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating attitude one could expect. I really felt that this branch is a fun place to work because all of the bank staff were happy and laughter was throughout the place but in a professional manner. As a supervisor I think Ms Webb sets the tone for a business-friendly environment that makes this FCB an excellent location to do business!!

Mom passed away 4 weeks prior. The manager we were directed to was rude, gave us wrong information, and was very dismissive. Thank goodness for the managers at FCB in Greensboro NC and Greenville, SC. They were so helpful.
