I had a check drawn on there bank.. I was treated rudely ( eye rolling). They didn’t have the funds available to create a cashiers check. Then offered for $16 that they could do the cashiers check. At which point I said “ go ahead”. Then they said our policy doesn’t allow us to do that for non Truist customers. That it was policy. Then referred me to the Stanleyville office. Apparently policy doesn’t transfer between branches. So I went down the street to Wells Fargo and had no problems, no policy nonsense and was treated with respect. Avoid this bank.

The ladies in this bank are always awesome to deal with. Any issues I've had were addressed immediately and compassionately.
