- ASA StarkJun 17, 20252.0When I first started with this bank three years ago people were friendly. Seems there is new staff now not interested in customer service. A couple months ago could not access my account on-line. I went into the bank to see what the issue was. The teller would not let me ask questions but continued to rattle on. I finally asked if I could ask my question and not be talked over. The head teller said she would make a call. So with the one call, she received the answer. About two hours later, I received a call from the VP stating I was rude and he was closing my account!!!! Programming friends told me they were hacked. A couple weeks later, monies were removed from my account by someone using Spectrum's name. I changed banks.
