She was abrupt and told me I could be put on 10 minute waiting list and if the person didn'tshow she wouldsee me then .. She was doing nothing. I preceded to counter . Finished and left building with her still doing nothing but waiting.. Another lost client for this bank. With their reputation, I would think they would go out of their way to be helpful. Worst part she had trainee in office beside her
