- MPMyron PearmanJul 28, 20251.0Horrible experience with “Third World Servicing” @ Wells Fargo phone servicing and then even more horrendous, callous experience @ the Kernersville NC branch dealing with Elsa Murgas. She tried everything possible to not assist me to deal with my mother passing until I requested the Manager, Brian Holt, then suddenly what was going to take 1.5 hour took her 20 minutes! No condolences on my mother passing by Elsa. I requested the accounts be closed immediately and spoke with Brian Holt to provide him with the feedback that not only was Wells Fargo losing a close to 40 year customer with ~$25k in deposits but was also not going to use Wellls Fargo further for my own accounts (19+ years) and decided to go to Fidelity Bank of NC in Kernersville for the estate account which will be substantial deposits. Brian didn’t seem to care and based on reading the reviews for this branch can see why the results are so poor. No need for Wells Fargo AI to respond with “ send us details @ the cyber box provided….” I’m done with Wells Fargo!

I've had my mortgage loan and at least 6 auto loans with them and you can NOT call and speak with a human so I'm done. The Kernersville branch is truly pathetic. - KBKimberly BrownJun 20, 20251.0Went into the bank for a brief transaction. I was propositioned by a teller to speak with a banker about some options for my accounts. I declined twice and the teller insisted. I obliged and waited 10 minutes for a banker when I had to use the restroom. I asked where it was and was told that there is no public restroom. Does that policy make sense? Tellers are pushed to upsell services that require time to complete but customers can’t simply use the restroom??
