- MPMyron PearmanJul 28, 20251.0Horrible experience with “Third World Servicing” @ Wells Fargo phone servicing and then even more horrendous, callous experience @ the Kernersville NC branch dealing with Elsa Murgas. She tried everything possible to not assist me to deal with my mother passing until I requested the Manager, Brian Holt, then suddenly what was going to take 1.5 hour took her 20 minutes! No condolences on my mother passing by Elsa. I requested the accounts be closed immediately and spoke with Brian Holt to provide him with the feedback that not only was Wells Fargo losing a close to 40 year customer with ~$25k in deposits but was also not going to use Wellls Fargo further for my own accounts (19+ years) and decided to go to Fidelity Bank of NC in Kernersville for the estate account which will be substantial deposits. Brian didn’t seem to care and based on reading the reviews for this branch can see why the results are so poor. No need for Wells Fargo AI to respond with “ send us details @ the cyber box provided….” I’m done with Wells Fargo!

- GSGuy SpiherJul 23, 20161.0I guess the personnel that work there are okay.... Its always crazy busy and rather impersonal... Not like a neighborhood bank or credit union. At the end of it all is always the corporate juggernaut that is a large bank. Fees for everything.... A fee for this a fee for that.... Loan rates for any type loan are through the roof terrible.... I heard a loan broker quote 20 percent for a personal loan. I have had a loan broker look me in the eye and offer 10.25 percent and not even blink. Get yourself a credit union account and leave the big bank for the people who don't know any better.
