So, they deleted my review. I will repost until they stop deleting the truth. It has now been over 3 months that they have declined my year old payment to my car insurance company. They decided this on their own, without notifying me. I wouldn't trust them with $5. They will screw you over repeatedly. My car insurance payment is now 3x the normal rate for 1 month because they told me I could pay via electronic check (which was a lie, when the teller AND the manager AND the overseas agent all said the same thing). I will, in fact, be closing my account with 2 driver's licenses (original and duplicate), birth certificate, social security card, and far more forms of ID. I have been a customer for over 20 years. They will randomly decide to refuse to transfer funds for bill payment. I have now been charged a total of $3000 in late fees and reinstatement fees. None of which will be refunded to me, even though it is all 100% their fault. Do NOT bank here if you actually work hard for your money and expect your bills to be paid every month for years (again, they will randomly decide to quit paying out even when you have the funds available to pay). It is also shady that they delete reviews. That should tell you all you need to know. There are 10 different banks on the same street, but they think they can get away with their wrongful actions. If this continues, I will hire a lawyer and take this to court. It has been over
3+ months of dealing with these issues, yet they are not concerned with fixing it. I pay $5/month for over 20 years for fraud protection, yet they are guilty of fraud themselves.

I have always been treated well at Truist Bank, both the downtown location on Mountain Street and the southern location on Harmon Creek Road. This review is about the Harmon Creek Road location.
We stopped by to open a checking account. We were met by Ebony Hill who handled our account opening for us. She was very efficient and managed the paperwork with a minimum of paperwork and data entry. She also linked our new account to our credit card as we requested, and gave us lots of good advice on how to manage our account to get the most out of our experience with Truist Bank
Though we have always been treated well at Truist Bank, Ebony is several levels above amazing and especially gifted at customer facing! From the moment we walked in it was like we were family. If there had been a front porch with a rocker, that would have fit right in with Ebony's kindness and neighborliness. (My wife and I are both 70, so that rocker image our visit brought forth is more important to me than you might think!)
I really can't say enough to praise Ebony for how great we felt after interaction. It was kind of like the feeling I get when we leave our granddaughter's house after a pleasant day with family, and you know you are not only welcome back anytime but will be greeted with a smile.
Ebony made us feel valued, special and welcome. She represents Truist Bank in a very positive light. Well done Ebony!

Never been to a slower drive thru like this one in my entire life!
This is ridiculous!
Took her 22 minutes for 2 deposits that are ready with a deposit slip each, should be easy, machine counts and you scan the slip and enter the count in the computer! Done this every other day for the past 11 years so i know it should not take that long.Took her literally 22 minutes!!!!!!!

I've been with BB and T for 25 years. This bank is fantastic, they cold called me on my mortgage to save me money and get me a better rate and shorten the terms of the loan. They're definitely on their game! I only use them.
