There were some confusion going on as another representative I worked with to open my accounts hand what he told me. She was explaining me some that was creating confusion over what I been told. It was not big deal I understood that I didn't get right response at first place, but the words she used were not appropriate. “She said I repeat serval times my self, but I am not understanding or confused “🫤 well it’s your job to make customer comfortable to understand this shouldn’t affect customer services. I own business my self working with public is not easy, but I still left with smile even I was so not happy with service . I was so ready to go back and close my accounts then I let is go as I need to make an appointment again to visit them.

The second time the appointment was made by another banker so we wouldn't have any issues. They told us the appointment was booked properly and refused to see us after we waited over 20 minutes.
