- SHSeth haynesSep 4, 20251.0Ive been going g to various Truist banks across NC, SC & GA. This is by far the worst. Its takes over 30 minutes to get change or do a deposit because there is only 1 employee working the front. 1 guy in the back and another guy that doesn't look like he is doing anything. They're all standoffish and rude. Ive been inside 2x now and both times were equally as bad. Don't ever come here if you have things to do or places to be because itll take 45 min to an hour with only 3 other customers!
