- SCStacey CooperNov 22, 20241.0Making customers come inside for a cashiers check claiming it takes 10 minutes and you can’t hold up the drive thru is SICKENING! ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME! Last month was the 1st time I ever had to go inside yet they claim this policy has always been in force! Further more, not assisting your customer and their needs is NOT GOOD BUSINESS! I called today, spoke to Tonya, and explained I needed a check issued to pay my mortgage as I am out of checks. I explained I would have my toddler with me and asked if I could retrieve what I needed through the drive thru. No exceptions nor attempted to make the “Customer” happy! Further more, some of the workers at this location are rude and HIGHLY JUDGMENTAL!
