- CACop AngleOct 4, 20231.0For some reason, modern costumer service has taken a dive. Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Rude tone and awful attitude. You have a JOB to serve CUSTOMERS. Have respect, be polite. It’s not hard. I’ve been treated better by police officers. It is surprising that this branch is operating considering the military presence. Save your self the headache and go to Navy Fed or USAA. Advice to the EMPLOYEES: When it’s your time of the moon cycle and the stars are out of wack, avoid engaging with customers.
