    This is the worst bank I've ever had in 52 years covering 13 states. I had a credit incorrectly put back on my account. So, after 5 calls with the call center (three supervisors) and the credit was still not put back on my account after being told 5 times it would, I thought maybe going to my local branch was the way to go. I waited 10 minutes to see the manager and told her the issue, She told me I would have to schedule an appointment with one of the underlings. I am there...I need to make an appointment. When I asked why can't she help me, she said she was working with her staff behind counter...then proceeded to go and talk with the same employee...MIND YOU NO ONE is at the counter. I have five accounts with them so I am in the process or cancelling all of them and paying off my mortgage in a couple of months. Absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE: Typical PR move...get me offline...and said they would review...absolutely nothing.....don't bank at this institution...and the original issue. Now more than 5 weeks have gone by.....said I would have an answer and resolution in 10 days....more lies and terrible customer service from the brand and corporation.

    One star for WF in general. Two stars for this particular branch. Absolutely no consistency in personnel when dealing with a POA for hospitalized family member. Weeks go by without a reply. Redo same forms multiple times with new changes needed each time. Can only accept forms via fax?! In 2025...Deal with a new person each time. JVille Brach was only slightly better. Went there to fill out forms in person only to have them rejected again 2 weeks later. Also seems like half the people there are trained to interrupt and talk over customers with issues, even when being cordial. The other half of the staff was pleasant and kind, just more senior personnel there seem to defensive and condescending.
