Man who picked up the phone had a little attitude and smart little laugh in the back that my brother was asking for his check to be released.

On 11/6/24, Shelley saved my family from a lot of heartache. She should get an award for her quick actions. I can’t elaborate, but Shelley is a hero. Thank you!

Very nice (which SECU is & does at the least) the tellers and management make you feel not only welcomed but respected, valued, and like family basically 😇 Especially when you are unsure of how to do something you need done with your account you always walk away satisfied and confident that your transaction was completed correctly and most of all %110 secure!
