  I don't recommend FCB. As a long time customer, im disappointed in the way i was treated, over what i thought was the right thing to do

  Without a doubt THE WORST bank I've ever had to deal with. I've worked for the same person for over a YEAR. same person writes me a check every week, for around the same amount, they call him EVERY TIME to verify his check. They always say "well if u had an account here...". I would NEVER want my bank calling me to verify every check coming through my account. What a hassle. Who is that bored they want their phone ringing with every check they write? I mean c'mon now after the first few dozen times of waking up a 79 year old with dementia, you'd think they'd catch on... unless u are super bored and really need the attention, I would highly recommend taking your banking needs elsewhere!

  This bank has been at this location for quite a number of years now. The staff is generally very friendly, and service is reasonably fast. The only downside to this bank is there fairly High fees. But, it's an all right Bank. And has a stable lengthy history in the area, as well as the state in general.

  this review is for first citizen bank as a whole. not this branch. this is the most inept bank ive ever had. the worst!
