I've stayed with them - and will continue to stay, no matter my location - because of the *outstanding* customer service. I had never realized how completely lousy my previous banking experiences had been until I switched to First Bank. As will happen from time to time, I've needed help with financial "snafus", and without exception the representatives of this bank have outdone themselves helping me in every way -- and with unfailing good cheer.
