  These idiots blocked my account. I couldn't even buy tickets back. I was planning on shopping abroad. I couldn't even pay for the hotel. They are just idiots. I call them, they say 4 days, we deeply regret it... They are complete idiots.

  I tried to come here to cash a personal check address to me that I received from a customer as a deposit. The manager i’m not sure her name she was a white female with accent she was older and not American, she would not cash the check however she had me come in and kept questioning me like she was the FBI and treating me like a criminal. I understand if she didn’t wanna cash the check or if she couldn’t because of her policies that’s not the problem it was her profiling me, and acting like I was a scammer that left a bad impression Even when I offered to open up an account and give her all my personal information, she told me she would do that, but she would still not cash or deposit my check. She also told me it would be $50 to open the account which I believe she only did because she thought that I did not have any money and when I said OK that’s fine, she made up an excuse on how she would still not deposit my check. She also lied and told me she called my customer who gave me the check, but when I spoke to my customer, she told me no one from the bank had called her so shes a liar, Her attitude was disgusting and I’ve never dealt with anything like this at any bank , with my business customers give me checks That I can cash at their personal bank and I’ve never experienced nothing like this. I don’t know if First National Bank needs to change their policies All I know is that there was no reason for me to be disrespected in the way that I was I hope nobody gives them business at least specifically this location, I hate that I have to give them even one star because they honestly deserve zero

  This bank is horrible, they wouldn’t cash a check from their bank, I’ve never heard of a bank, not cashing a personal check addressed to you and not even letting you open an account To cash said addressed check. My sister breeds expensive dogs and someone sent her a personal check as a deposit and the manager wouldn’t let her cash the check, instead of just saying that she kept questioning my sister and her boyfriend and had them come in the bank while the dogs were in the car just so she could yell at them and treat them like criminals, Don’t come here the manager with the British accent was very rude and disrespectful to us.

  Poor customer service, unknowledgeable tellers and bankers, I wouldn't recommend this location unless it's to use the atm outside.
