  Absolutely terrible customer service not only by this branch but by other Wells Fargo branches. Came to simply set up a checking account for my son… near 12:00. Was told they couldn’t help me until 2:00. I drove to check another local branch… same thing… call another local branch, same thing, call and schedule a visit at 2:00 for this original branch. We get there at 2:00, then proceed to watch the teller Ashley (who told me she’d be there to see us at 2:00) leave right in front of us and then am told I can’t be seen until 3:30 while 3 people at the counter spend 20 minutes talking about the football game last night… yet “they’re too busy to help anyone right now”. Who on earth is prepared to wait 3-1/2 hours to do something you should be able to do in 5 minutes online? If my son were 17 we could have done this online but since he’s 16 we have to put up with this utter incompetence in person. I may just wait until he turns 17 to avoid stupid people like this and will probably be switching banks while we’re at it. The people at this branch should all be fired.

  There is always 1 to 2 tellers max, and one of them covers auto bank. 20 min waiting in line to pick up foreign currency. They need 2 different tellers (that were at lunch time) to get access to the cash. That is ridiculous, there should always be someone there to provide SERVICE. I only go there because is close to my office, but I think I’ll start banking somewhere else.

  Worst bank. Don't come to this bank underdressed, they DO judge a book by its cover. When I came in a t-shirt and shorts I couldn't get any one of the managers to come out and help me. When I came in a full suit they were tripping over themselves to get to me.
