I thought that was odd. When I spoke to a woman named Michelle she said I would have to come back because it was just her and a teller. I asked why only two people working and she said that the other tellers left early that day. I said so employees leave early and now I can’t get help. I asked to speak to the manager but she said they currently didn’t have one and says she was the assistant manager. I felt like she didn’t want to help me and I just left. I don’t want to bank somewhere I can’t be helped because employees decide to leave early and has an assistant manager on a power trip. What kind of manager doesn’t want to help? Who’s running this bank? Guess the employees are. Not the bank for me. Bad experience.
