Alicia a bank teller at this branch is amazing. I was very frustrated with First National Bank but Alicia went out of her way to assist me. Gave me her business card and did a follow up call. She was very patient and emotionally intelligent (she could tell I was annoyed, not at her but the situation). Overall I left happy with the interaction.

Just left out of this bank getting an account established. The employee that assisted me just seemed too flirtatious. At first it was just business finding out about my EIN number, getting my business name in the bank’s system and that type of info. All of a sudden she started asking personal info about where I’m from and part of town I am working from in reference to proximity to this branch. Okay that one wasn’t that bad. But after I hesitantly told her where I was from, she responded by saying where she was from and then went on to tell me she’s trying to get her dad and step mom to move to Carolina. I really wasn’t interested in that info and being asked questions that didn’t pertain directly to my purpose for being there. Then at one point with the two starter checks she gave me that were located on top of my binder and filing folder that I brought in and right ear my person, she grabbed it saying, “I need to steal this from you” and she walked out to go make a copy. “Nah lady, ask if I can hand it to you. That’s the professional way of doing it.” And she knew exactly what she was doing. Then I requested that she make additional copies of some other docs I signed, but her response was that I didn’t really need them, they’re not really anything. If I want copies it shouldn’t be anyone trying to convince me otherwise. So she makes the copies and comes back and sets them on my binder and folder and says, “here are your warm copies”. Are these instances not considered some type of Harrassment? In addition, she just started leaning and reaching across the desk all in my space as if she really needed to do this to point out something on a paper I was looking at. When we first started talking she was doing her “best” to keep her sweater garment closed. Really flirt like behavior. And she eventually started leaving her left hand on the table in particular while acting in this manner. So I guarantee if her husband (assuming she is indeed married), were sitting in that room with us, she would not have been acting like this. And it’s also assuming she has respect for him. So don’t try that mess with me. I don’t respect it and it’s extremely unprofessional. If shoe were on the other foot and I were doing saying and suggesting some of the very things she was….????? And she’s the branch manager it seems. What kind of example is this to set. And thinking about it, when Mrs McKenzie was in the room with us last Friday she wasn’t doing all the squirming and reaching across the table, acting in a “loose” manner and all the other. But without her in the room she figure it might be okay to try. No it’s not and publicly people need to know about this. This is exact behavior I see from elementary and middle school girls especially that I have to report, speak with administrators and parents about, then to the students to correct. Darn shame lady. All men don’t go for that stuff. Sincerely,

It was better before the merger. Now it has changed a lot. I'm with a new bank now.

I went to this branch in an attempt to close my account as I have moved onto a new bank. I made sure I was square with them and the teller assured me that my account would be closed by the end of the day. Fast forward a week, and now my account is still not closed, and I'm being swamped in overdraft fees on account that shouldn't exist. This branch never closed my account, and outright lied to me. I would suggest staying away from FNB as a whole, their fees are excessive, and this branch in Huntersville failed to do what I asked of them.
