Jenna and Alexandra were the nicest most helpful people to get things straightened around..... explained what was happening all the way thru and everything was accomplished before I left.... I have avoided in person banking for years but enjoy going into the branch and would recommend highly!

Ethan was so kind even after having been so busy all day. The lady we usually meet with was not there this day but the experience was just as smooth.

Yadkin will give you excuse after excuse, misreprsent a "fraud claim document", force you to sign it, and ultimately deny your claim based on it. They fall back on an obscure federal regulation "regulation E" that gives them a loop hole. My debt card was hacked from somewhere ( they claim Home Depot) and used two states away. I used my card within minutes of the fraudulent act. Yadkins third party fraud service caught it. Sounds good, but... Yadkin told me they could not stop the charges and would not reimburse me because regulation e said they did not have too. Worst bank ever. They just lost a 2.5 millon dollar a year business account. Silly fools.
