    I've never had any issues with Truist...they have always been friendly..with me...and I've never had to make an appointment...if I needed to speak with a financial adviser...the wait was little to none...I've never used the drive through...I prefer to go inside...and make it more personal...that's just me....

    This particular branch is horrid. They don't know policy and will lie to you for their convenience when other branches will help you out in the same situation. And the idiots told me they was ordering a replacement card and that my number would be the same. They still changed the number after being told not too. I'll be calling their district manager to request more training for this branch.

    The fact that you have to make an appointment for your banking needs is incredibly inconvenient. The line around the bank everyday means you should probably hire more tellers for the drive thru.

    Have been a decades long BB&T customer. Today I attempted to make a deposit into my account and was made to feel like a criminal. The first ( not friendly ) teller says that i cannot make a deposit. I then call to speak to a Manager about this. She was also not helpful or friendly. Also when I first called wishing to speak to the Manager I was told that she was gone to lunch and that it would be one and a half hours before she returned. Must be nice to get extra long lunch breaks. I usually got thirty to forty minute lunches. I just wish for good friendly customer service.
