  This bank was the worst I have ever been in. I went to the drive thru to cash a Wells Fargo check given to me by a business as a refund on a job. I was told by that teller that I had to go in. I went in to the only teller on the line, gave her the check and my license. She wanted a credit card with my name for more ID, and asked if I had a Wells account. I said no. After several minutes she hands me the check and two IDs, and says - it's a ten dollar fee to cash the check. A fee to cash a Wells check? I said no thanks. I stopped at the desk where one of the bank reps was sitting, and asked why they charge to cash a check drawn on your own bank. He asked if I had an account, and I said no. He says - that's why. I love how all 3 said have a nice day after doing nothing but a fee ripoff. I am 73 years old and had a hip replacement months ago. I would never open an account at Wells Fargo now. Horrible bank.

  I will not be back to this location and I am about to close my account soon as WF does not show consistency in the process of things. One bank lets you bring change as is, and this one says you have to roll it up. Like. Make up your mind! Also, I am African American, and the African American dark skin guy behind the counter was rude when the lady assisting me just asked him a question to confirm policy there. He wouldn't even look at her or me but he was real friendly servicing caucasians. The lady assisting was nice enough, but he needs to get an attitude adjustment when servicing African Americans. Time to go to another bank because this bank is not where it's at!

  Rude District Manager to my husband. He was trying to deposit money and could not find his license immediately and my husband stated to give back his money. The Branch Manager Chad Stafford held the money until he was telling policy which he then made a comment to my husband "Are you listening to me?" Which is a rude statement My husband just wanted to go to Atm and make deposit. It is ridiculous to be treated so rudely. We have always loved Wells Fargo but going forward not this branch!!!!
