  This bank was the worst I have ever been in. I went to the drive thru to cash a Wells Fargo check given to me by a business as a refund on a job. I was told by that teller that I had to go in. I went in to the only teller on the line, gave her the check and my license. She wanted a credit card with my name for more ID, and asked if I had a Wells account. I said no. After several minutes she hands me the check and two IDs, and says - it's a ten dollar fee to cash the check. A fee to cash a Wells check? I said no thanks. I stopped at the desk where one of the bank reps was sitting, and asked why they charge to cash a check drawn on your own bank. He asked if I had an account, and I said no. He says - that's why. I love how all 3 said have a nice day after doing nothing but a fee ripoff. I am 73 years old and had a hip replacement months ago. I would never open an account at Wells Fargo now. Horrible bank.

  Changed account number without my knowledge. Close early and every time I'm there and it's a few minutes before 5 they have the doors locked and won't help. I have no access to my funds and they are unwilling to help. Don't even hope for the bare minimum effort on their end. They'll close early and if you do get ahold of them by talking as they let people out, they "won't have enough time" to help you because by they time they do get everything pulled up on their end it may be after 5. They don't close their doors at 5, they make sure not to even start helping anyone prior if it looks like it may require them actually working until 5.

  I went to the bank this morning with my truck and trailer to cash a check. My trailer would not fit under the awning so I pulled up next to the drive thru Windows so they could see that I was driving my truck with a trailer. Got out in the rain to cash check. No vehicles in line. They would not cash check unless I was in my vehicle. Was told to unhook trailer in the pouring rain and drive thru. NO cars were in line. Had to unhook trailer in parking lot and hook trailer back up in rain to cash check. Bad customer service
