Walked in to cash a check and waited for 10 minutes just to be told "I am busy. Its going to be awhile" by quote "the only person working". Meanwhile there was only one other customer in the lobby. The bank teller wouldn't even make eye contact with me. This branch is rude and unhelpful.

I literally hate having to visit this branch. Mostly everyone there is extremely unfriendly . Being a client for over 20 years in multiple states , it’s overdue that I move my 2 accounts to another bank . And this isn’t the only branch with poor service , it’s just the worst!

I have left multiple messages and they never return your call. Today 11/7 the bank leaders voicemail stated it was October. Frustrating.

Fenicia went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service. She truly cared about my experience and it showed! I highly recommend asking for her to assist you!
