    First time ever coming to this Truist. I usually go around to quite a few of the Truist in the area for my job so I’m used to the same service. Not at this one…. First thing I see as I pull up is a gentleman helping someone get to their vehicle. I wish more people in general were like this

    Worst bank ever. Takes forever for them to do anything. They don’t pay attention and are in their own little world. They screw up stuff up. Resulting in me having to count the money for a change order and check to make sure they did the deposit right. One can’t even properly read what is written on a note for a change order. These are some special individuals.

    Employee was rude and difficult to work with. Focused on some sort of power trip over simple task. Poor communication skills. Quoting incorrect bank policy to try avoid helping customers.
