Very unprofessional. Apparently "3rd party contingent workers" have more access to clients accounts than the actual Truist employees, something fishy is going on

This bank is unprofessional, and if you do not check your account on a regular basis they will charge fees that you never knew exist. I’ve had several account analysis fees show up in my account for amount very excessive such as 383.00, $212.00, $128.00 all in one month and it has happened several times and nobody can tell me why.

This place has a horribly slow drive-thru and they have messed up my request 2 of the last 5 times (withdrawing cash from one account, very CLEARLY stated, and it's been pulled from another...)

Checking accounts are used for day-to-day transactions, like buying something online or at a store with a debit card, sending money digitally, writing a rent check, or depositing cash and checks. Online: Get started right away by opening your account online. You’ll have to wait a few days for your debit card and checks to arrive by mail—or you can visit a branch to get a temporary debit card ASAP. Branch: Visit a branch near you during business hours to open your new account. Bonus—you’ll walk out with a ready-to-use temporary debit card with your new checking account.
