Yet we wonder why Chick-fil-A keep generating consistent customers. Chick-fil-A knows how to treat their customers - take notice SECU.

The employee named Cecily who assisted me was unhelpful, dismissive, and made the entire process unnecessarily difficult. Instead of providing clear guidance or solutions, I was met with short, curt responses that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by asking basic questions. For someone working in customer service at a bank, professionalism and patience should be the bare minimum, but unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I left feeling more stressed and confused than when I walked in.
