A not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by its members, SECU has been providing employees of the State of North Carolina and their families with consumer financial services for over 80 years.
The bank teller was not at all friendly or polite. She did not show common courtesy before or after my bank transaction. Not even a hello or have a good day. Yet we wonder why Chick-fil-A keep generating consistent customers. Chick-fil-A knows how to treat their customers - take notice SECU.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this branch was frustrating enough that I feel it’s worth sharing. The employee named Cecily who assisted me was unhelpful, dismissive, and made the entire process unnecessarily difficult. Instead of providing clear guidance or solutions, I was met with short, curt responses that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by asking basic questions. For someone working in customer service at a bank, professionalism and patience should be the bare minimum, but unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I left feeling more stressed and confused than when I walked in.

I've always loved this place. Friendly people, lightning fast service, and no fees for basically anything I've needed in the branch, and there are plenty to choose from - they're nice and clean, too. 24/7 customer service line with friendly quick assistance as well. Couldn't ask for a better credit union. Thank you, SECU!
