- BKBen KurtAug 24, 20251.0I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this branch was frustrating enough that I feel it’s worth sharing. The employee named Cecily who assisted me was unhelpful, dismissive, and made the entire process unnecessarily difficult. Instead of providing clear guidance or solutions, I was met with short, curt responses that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by asking basic questions. For someone working in customer service at a bank, professionalism and patience should be the bare minimum, but unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I left feeling more stressed and confused than when I walked in.

The customers service is always lacking and everyone is always so rude. Most of the time when I come through I’m not even greeted or told to have a great day after the transaction is completed. Do better.

Sometimes I am greeted when I enter, most times I am not. I love NCSECU and really hope that this location can get it together. Until they do, I’ll take my business to the newest location on 68.
