You really have to watch them at the drive thru. The last time, they shafted me out of $20 cash & I went home with an empty envelope. I never did get it back, even after going through management. Today, the same thing happened, except it was $100 cash. I did get that after I asked where it was. This is a bad place to bank.

Meagan Cook refused to help me close my preapproved auto loan. She lied and said i never signed paperwork for my last loan. When i calles the call Center the y said all paperwork was complete and i Didnt Need to sign anything
