- LKLisa KimJun 12, 20241.0*Edit towards the bottom I have a mother who opened an account with this location. Therefore, I’ve had to translate for her multiple times. The tone of the bank tellers nor her representatives were ever respectful. I was born in the States and have no trouble speaking English, yet was continually met with the “I don’t understand what you’re saying” response. After opening her account, she was promised a checkbook that would be delivered within 10 business days. Both of us are working and we cannot go to the bank easily. When I went to make a deposit on her behalf, I asked about the checkbook. I was told that she is the only one that can ask about her account. Fair enough, but when I asked how long it normally took, they said 10 business days. I informed them that it had been a month, therefore we were limited with the checks we could use for billing. I was given no explanation and was only offered a situation of my mother coming to inquire about it herself and possibly have it expedited. As I was leaving, I saw the gentleman who helped my mom’s account simply staring at me. No greeting, no follow up. *** My mother went to the bank herself this morning only to find out that the checkbook wasn’t even ordered. Apparently she had to wave down her account representative (leaving their name out because I want to give them a second chance to do better…or simply do their job properly after reading this review) just to get help. The teller that “assisted” me yesterday was not friendly to her as well. When my mom asked the account representative why I couldn’t be assisted yesterday and was made to come herself, the reply was “I don’t know.” So either the teller simply didn’t want to help me or they aren’t even aware of their own policies. Willing to delete this review should my mother get the proper service she has been promised.
