- RSRick SanchezJul 3, 20251.0I went in for a withdrawal and was told they didn't have enough cash to fulfill it. They explained they could do a certain amount. I went to the car to speak with my wife and we agreed to accept that amount. I went through the window to inform them and initially, the teller agreed and stated that could be done. After providing the information, the teller I originally spoke with walked over and said "we agreed that you'll be going to another branch." I stated that I decided to just get what I could from here. They said they don't have any money for me there (regardless of the fact that the money is in the account.) And that I would need to go to the other branch to withdraw money. This is a completely unacceptable way to treat someone. I should not feel degraded for attempting to access my funds.
