- ABAlan BumgarnerSep 6, 20231.0Took my elderly mother who is on oxygen by there to make a deposit and she wanted to add myself and my brother to her accounts. Apparently there is only one person in the building that can handle account changes and even though she was there she was about to leave for lunch so they refused to assist my mother. My Mother does not get around well especially carrying an oxygen bottle but even though the person was still there they refused to help her without an appointment. I can see why Wells Fargo is having to close branches. Their customer service is horrible. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

After our mortgage was sold to Wells Fargo we moved checking and savings over, it has been nothing but problems. Both accounts have been closed, I can't wait to be done with my mortgage. The next time I but a car and they tell me the loan is through Wells Fargo I'm telling them to forget it.
