I told the teller I lived five minutes away and could return quickly, but was told they couldn’t help me because the branch closed in 30 minutes. If a branch is open, it should be ready to assist customers until closing time. As someone who can only visit on Saturdays, this was especially frustrating. This experience left me disappointed and reconsidering my relationship with Wells Fargo.
