The lady at the window always look unhappy and she is so rude. If you look that unhappy all the time then you shouldn't be working with public. Not just once but all the time. I only come for my work, she makes me glad I dont do personal banking there.

Not good … no legitimate answers about anything. What has happened with banking? I guess I’ll open a business account online somewhere else. Thanks for helping me choose a bank other than truist, you have likely saved me future frustrations

My husband and I both have accounts with BB&T with no complaints up until now. My husband went to this Mt. View Branch located at 2727 S NC 127 Hwy, Hickory, NC 28602. He provided his check and debit card (both under the same name)was asked for a form of ID. It was his weekly pay check and he was trying to deposit. He was compliant and provided a form of ID. An associate by the name of Martha was very rude and asked him for a 2nd form of IDENTIFICATION. Why? We bank with BB&T because they have numerous locations and always seem to be conveniently located even when we travel. But this is one branch we will never use again.
