They do not have enough help at this location.
If you’re planning to run thru
the drive-through quickly, use a different location

The staff are ignorant on many things that they should know. Had to wait for over an hour for a banker since only the branch leader was taking in customers while one banker wasn’t and another not to be found. With this branch barely having over 2 stars, you would think they would try to step it up.

Have gone on (will be four times tomorrow morning) to get a temporary card as mine got hacked and I haven’t been able to access my funds. The first time was admittedly my fault as I forgot my ID. The second time they told me I had to call the fraud department first before they could give me a temp card. The fraud lady then told me it was THEIR prerogative to call for me, and that if they had I would’ve been given the temp card then and there. Of course, I go in the same day after work after calling the fraud department, and Lo and Behold they’re somehow now OUT of temporary cards (at the bank? Are you kidding me) and to come back tomorrow. This bank sucks and all the tellers and management are completely incompetent at their jobs.
Do you need a debit card and checks? A safe place to save money you’ve earned? Or both? Check out our checking and savings account options to find the best one for you.
Checking accounts are used for day-to-day transactions, like buying something online or at a store with a debit card, sending money digitally, writing a rent check, or depositing cash and checks.
Savings accounts are more of a one-way street—a place to deposit money to save up for a goal or emergency fund.
You can open your new account any way you want. (Note that Truist CDs can only be opened at a branch.)
Online: Get started right away by opening your account online. You’ll have to wait a few days for your debit card and checks to arrive by mail—or you can visit a branch to get a temporary debit card ASAP.
Branch: Visit a branch near you during business hours to open your new account. Bonus—you’ll walk out with a ready-to-use temporary debit card with your new checking account.
Phone: Call us at 844-4TRUIST (844-487-8487). We’re available Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm.
