I never felt so much at home and cared for/ about than with this amazing facility/ bank. The number 1 ROCKSTARS/ PHENOMENAL human beings I ever had the pleasure to be around is Ms. Lauren, Ms. Carly and Mr. Jamont at this SECU!!! The warmth, care , patience and passion is felt in every conversation I have ever had with them. Not only do they lead me in the right direction, but also give the same helping hand with my father as well/ Mr. Robert Shuford. I truly appreciate, care and love you guys. All of you go far and beyond in all you do! All 3 of you ROCK! You make going to this bank like home.

Staff and services are wonderful. Yes, they did make some changes that I needed to learn but we got through it. (-:

Been a SECU members for years and years, sold a car and went to deposit the certified check, I was treated as a Scam Artist. Would not take my check nor talk to the other credit union that the check was made from.
Supervisor/Manager on duty refuse to come out to explain why.
Teller was Rude & will not explain any Facts as to why they will not take it.
Also don't bother to reply back with how you guys treat all members A+ and to call the 888-number. I looked for help and SECU failed on their customer service.
Next time hire Tellers who can explain as to why the answer is NO & Promote Managers who don't just sit behind closed doors and won't come out to talk to Customers when there is a heat case. Be a Leader not a Boss and demand only!!!!!
