- BBbumblegirlOct 3, 20255.0I have no idea how anyone could rank this location at less than 5 stars. Always friendly, prompt and a general delight as much as banking can be that. Due to my work I have encountered probably a hundred different banking offices and I’ll also include my personal bank in that group- no one has ever been as consistently reliable, friendly, helpful and hard working. This branch is always busy- and the staff stays bright and welcoming and are always hustling to get everyone taken care of as fast as possible. Thank you all for your hardwork and kindness! Especially the wonderful lady at the drive through, the two ladies at the main desk and the manager that came around the counter to see if she could assist anyone in line. If you gave the service at this location less than 5 stars- I truly do not get it. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s consistently 5 stars.
- DRDaniel rogersNov 24, 20201.0Be prepared to spend 20-30 minutes in the drive thru EVERY time, regardless of time or day the drive thru takes forever, cars in the area with the tube/shoots get taken care of faster than the window. I have been in line for over 30 minutes with only one car in front of me at the window. Also their rates and checking requirements prevent me from even considering them for a personal bank, and if I could move my mortgage account I would, their corporate office supports environmentally damaging businesses and political parties which I do not support and wish I could remove my mortgage from them so that my money doesn't go to support issues I don't support personally.
