Due to my work I have encountered probably a hundred different banking offices and I’ll also include my personal bank in that group- no one has ever been as consistently reliable, friendly, helpful and hard working. This branch is always busy- and the staff stays bright and welcoming and are always hustling to get everyone taken care of as fast as possible. Thank you all for your hardwork and kindness! Especially the wonderful lady at the drive through, the two ladies at the main desk and the manager that came around the counter to see if she could assist anyone in line. If you gave the service at this location less than 5 stars- I truly do not get it. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s consistently 5 stars.

She has been completely professional while providing me with support and guidance in making changes to my account including making changes to the account name and the assignment of beneficiaries. Most transactions with a bank are pretty routine. Establishing and using savings and checking accounts, deposit him withdrawals, etc. But when you need somebody who actually understands what financial planning is and knows how to go about it to protect your assets for yourself and your heirs, it suddenly becomes exceedingly important that you have a personal banker in whom you can trust and that person in my case was Mrs. Teresa Fritz.
