    I went to this bank today. Three drive-up windows were open and seven people waiting in line WITH ONLY ONE TELLER working. I needed a cashier’s check and was told I’d have to go to the other Hendersonville branch because their printer was broken. Really ??!! Only one printer in the branch? Closed my account and wrote the check to another bank.

    Do not use this bank... The people are rude, the guy behind the counter actually came around like he was going to fight me. The routing numbers from this bank show up as non existent, so you can't get direct deposit from unemployment and that was supposed to be fixed a year ago. The atm is always broken. And it takes about 20 minutes to get through the drive thru when you're the only car in line... Worst bank in town

    SNAPSHOT = details below - friendly, knowledgeable and professional folks who want to serve their customers. TD Bank is the U.S. unit of Toronto Dpminion Bank and has a very strong Tier 1 Capital ratio. This is a solid, well-managed bank that offers innovative products and competitive rates on commodity products (i.e. HELOC, 10- , 15- and 30-year mortgages). Staff are all very pleasant and eager to serve. Did not get the sense that anyone there doesn't want to be there. The branch is always clean and tidy in the lobby and banker offices are small but practical.

    Had a grate experience grate people when to my bank wells Fargo and they wouldn't cash my check i worked for all week gave me a hard time.wentd TD bank and they cashed it with no problem will be bringing all my business to the amazing people at TD bank.Thank you for making my experience so grate with TD bank 5 stars all the way
