I own a construction buisness and we have continually had many problems with electronic payments through zelle and other platforms. I have called in to customer service a handful of times to have them corrected. We have almost 10,000$ out that we can not collect from multiple customers this requires me to have them pay by check or cash to eliminate service fees. Its embarrasing to tell my customers that my bank will not process electronic payments. One lady yesterday was extremely rude over the phone and so now I will contact the FDIC and an attorney for discrimination and failure to provide the promised service to small buisnesses. Wells fargo will be our primary bank again as we should have never left because we never had these issues even when we first started the buisness. This bank has hurt our ability to make/spend money and hurt our community by failing to provide adequate banking services.
