    This is one of the worst branches and that guy ALEXIS is absolutely useless and a waist of paycheck for his place there. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BRANCH!! I gave them 1-star bc you need to choose one, but it does not deserve any stars.

    I went there to cash my check which I’ve gone to multiple first citizens since my work check is through there. The teller refused to cash my check even tho my license matched my check. I’ve never had any other bank refuse to cash my check with my license. She told me she needed to speak to my owner to verify and even called her. Which is fine but the owner didn’t answer due to being busy at work. If I didn’t have my license I would completely understand. One of the the weirdest and worst tellers to deal with. I chose to go there in hopes to not have to go to the downtown location or 4 seasons since this is 4 mins from my job.

    I give u 1 star bc zero Stars isn't an option. My 98 yr old father, who is not able to get out and can't hear well enough to talk on the phone, and therefore I am his authorized representative, has been a faithful customer for 40 years of First Citizens. Last February, his account was drafted ACH withdrawals way into the negative by Optimum cable. The money was ultimately returned to him bc they had withdrawn multiple times, instead once per month which was how that process usually happens. Pursuant to that occurrence, we changed his account number, and put a 'hard hold" so that any ACH withdrawals had to be verified by my father. We assumed that was still in effect. In early March, my father called to check his balance, and was told it was $-1,000. Spectrum withdrew 15 ACH withdraws in 1 DAY, AND THEY ALLOWED HIS ACCOUNT INTO THE NEGATIVE TO THE TUNE OF $1,000. THEY NEVER CONTACTED US TO QUESTION VALIDITY OF THE WITHDRAWALS, INSTEAD ALLOWED THE ACCOUNT TO BE OVERDRAWN TO -$1000. UPON arriving at the bank to get a new account number, we were told by the bank titled employee who actually processed the change in bank account 13 months ago at the first hack of pops account. Never once did he apologize to the 40 hr client, instead he kept saying we must have given out the routing and account info, insinuating it's our fault. Then the stipulation was that I could no longer be his representative bc I was angry and upset with the bank staff after finding out the bank was drained for the second time. My bank, I wont name it, called me when someone in greeville SC attemptet to use my card number , I recieved a call in real time while the guy was in the store still, fraud services in my bank flagged the transaction and called me in real time to verify it was valid or invalid. How could they let 15 transactions go thru in 1 day and not raise an alarm and call to verify the withdrawal, or even just not allow them to take the huge amount out of my father's account. I was ostracized for being upset that my fathers.money had been stolen again. Never they apologized to a 40 yr client , rather he was asked to go to another bank, since I was upset at the incompetence of the first citizens fraud dept. How can I be anything BUT upset . My father is on a fixed income and would have starved if he lived alone during the last 2 weeks why his bank account was overdrawn. And the amazing part that in the room with me right now are three other people with accounts at first citizens that had their accounts hacked in a similar manner not nearly to -1,000 but one of them had -500 in the same manner as my father last week. Customer service is dead I will never use first citizens again and if you're smart you won't either unless you're wealthy enough to be able to lose $1,000 a year to scams. Lisa Kattan

    I cannot say enough good things about this branch of First Citizens and their employees. The managers, Alexis, Lee and Blair have all gone above and beyond the call of duty and it is greatly appreciated!
