Today is 11/9/2022 and no one has been assigned to my dispute. They stick to that no one has to be until 11/14/2022 because 10 business days from 11/01/2022 (not the day I reported is when they start their daily count. No one can talk to me about this but the girl on the phone. No one Period. No alert on my acct for my card being used out of state and I have to wait till the 14th to be assigned. This is the worst.
