I called regarding an issue I had and I could not even get one word out without her cutting me off and continued to cut me off as I tried to continue to finish my sentences. Then she proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid. I AM A CLIENT AT YOUR BUSINESS. I don’t care if I asked her what color the sky is you don’t treat clients with that type of disrespect. I also don’t understand why it takes a check 24 hours to drop in your account even though the authorized person on the account has approved it. This is 1 out of about 8 issues iv had with BB&T if it wasn’t for my BB&T account being linked to everything I Do and my direct deposit for my job I would have dropped them a LONGGGG time ago. If you go inside don’t talk to Jessica.
