These five stars are for Bianca. Friday morning Nov. 3, I went to the drive thru atm before the lobby opened to deposit a check my dad had given me to pay wedding vendors (my wedding was the next day, Nov. 4). I put the check into the machine and —nothing happened. The atm made some noises and then showed a message that said my transaction was cancelled, but didn’t give me the check back. I was waiting at the door when they opened and panicking. Bianca was so calm and sweet and was able to get it handled within about 10 minutes. Ms. Bianca, you saved me from becoming a bridezilla and for this I thank you. ❤️

Horrible experience will be contacting corporate, was told my check was “fraudulent” even though she gave my check back to me any protocol with banks I know they’re not suppose to give back a fraudulent check and are suppose to contact local authorities sadly the ladies didn’t want to do their job and verify the check from the bank it came from. Absolutely disgusted by the way they handle this transaction with me today.
