- NBNunya BisnesOct 4, 20211.0After 40 years of various real estate and loan transactions across assorted banking and lending organizations, I have to say they were the worst. What should be one of the most basic transactions to be done; getting a simple loan pay off amount was the most time consuming and frustrating process I have ever had the misfortune to go through. Lesson learned; will NEVER do business with this organization in the future and will warn others.

I have had had the pleasure of being assisted by Pam and Celeste. They are friendly, helpful, professional, and very skilled. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I know most people only review when they have negative feedback, so I just want take a moment to say that I could not be happier with my service.
