Once I get my new debit card I’m pulling my money out and closing the account. Do not bank with Wells Fargo they do not care about members only care about your money. Deserve 0 stars

Today I tried to call to schedule an appointment and was held on hold for almost 15 mins. We are seriously thinking of switching our bank. We have had for over 20 years!
