This is all I'm asking for can you still get turned out? And I see why people go to credit unit. Thanks, I want to work with certain people. Everybody don't have perfect credit. Yes, a shame prejudice is still out here. But work a whole different way.

First I walked in and let him know I had an appointment for fraud on my account and instead of opening my account he proceeded to be difficult. Instead of reading the notes he proceeded to tell me I needed to do a name change. Not to mention I walked in earlier to make my appointment and he was being problematic with the woman in his chair then. Do not see Kenneth (he’s on the floor to the left). He doesn’t have good customer service - he will just give you phone numbers versus asking the questions needed to put you at ease. Imagine going through major fraud ($2400 worth) & you come into a branch to handle what’s needed and are met with more difficulties verses someone warm and welcoming to understanding what exactly is going on. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer over 8 years and it’s been rocky road. This doesn’t make me feel at ease at all. Go to Truist - where they value your business and time and build relationships versus starting the transaction with major misunderstandings and lack of compassion.
