  If I could rate 0 to the specific person at this branch I would. First I walked in and let him know I had an appointment for fraud on my account and instead of opening my account he proceeded to be difficult. Instead of reading the notes he proceeded to tell me I needed to do a name change. Not to mention I walked in earlier to make my appointment and he was being problematic with the woman in his chair then. Do not see Kenneth (he’s on the floor to the left). He doesn’t have good customer service - he will just give you phone numbers versus asking the questions needed to put you at ease. Imagine going through major fraud ($2400 worth) & you come into a branch to handle what’s needed and are met with more difficulties verses someone warm and welcoming to understanding what exactly is going on. I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer over 8 years and it’s been rocky road. This doesn’t make me feel at ease at all. Go to Truist - where they value your business and time and build relationships versus starting the transaction with major misunderstandings and lack of compassion.

  I would like to make a complaint about how I saw a customer treated at 308 Pisgah Church Rd, Greensboro, NC 27455 @ 10:08 am by Kenneth Hill. It was an elderly lady and her elderly mother. They were having issues with their account and all he tried to do was pass them off to call customer service. They told him they spoke to customer service and where told they needed to come into the branch. He was so dismissive and lazy.  He even told them he had an appointment had to get to. He goes to the man in the lobby turns out he was with the lady and her mother. Pretty dishonest trick to get them out of his hair. I started to step in and say to Kenneth shouldn't you call customer service and help them straighten it out.  I was appalled by his behavior.

  Beatrice K Barson has to be the worst teller at Wells Fargo. I don't understand why she has to be so rude to people and talk down to them like she is some queen on her throne. I'm so thankful I don't have accounts with Wells Fargo. Ms. Barson does not know how to provide a positive customer experience and that's really a shame. It is not hard to do, just smile and make the customer feel like they are somebody.
