I been customer since 2002 and I didn't feel welcomed or like she wanted to help me. Other lady was helpful and tried to help me but she didn't understand what I was asking cause Mary was quick to tell her we cant do that. Have to call 1800 number or come back in couple hrs to talk to a banker. My opinion if two bankers are in office one should be there during lunch. Not just tellers that cant help.
