Certainly the worst banking experience ever. Worse than Wells Fargo and that’s saying something. Opened a small business account, initial deposit, another deposit 2 weeks later, and one check I wrote that cleared. And I get notification in the mail that they have a fraud alert on me, they terminate the debit card, cause other payments to not clear. After speaking with them on the phone they decide to cancel my account, and still cannot give me any explanation why. The local banker at Friendly Center was helpful but even he couldn’t get an explanation from their fraud dept. And I wouldn’t be writing a review if I were an actual fraudster. So my new nickname for Truist is Screwist. They suck. Who knows when I’ll get my money back?

Don’t go here if you’re expecting to get in and out quickly. Horribly slow. People give up after waiting a while and just leave.

Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Waited an hour for service.
