I recently visited the Truist Bank branch on East Bessemer, and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing, especially from a business owner’s perspective. The customer service here is extremely slow, and it takes a long time to get anything done. As someone who runs a business and has a tight schedule, I feel like there’s very little consideration for business clients who need quicker service. It would really help if they could prioritize or at least speed up the process for business owners who don’t have the same amount of time to wait as regular customers might. In short, if you’re a business customer, be prepared for some delays at this branch.

very rude and bad customer service. They give you a hard time when they don’t seem to understand you.
