Staff is very rude. I came through the drive thru to make a deposit and upon delivering my card and ID back to me there was no response. I also needed something else but staff was too rude to ask or even tell me thank you or have a good day.

This is the way banking should be. At least the in bank/in person experience! Christina Norris is a shining example of what you deserve and expect when you need assistance from your bank. I made an appointment with her through the new BB&T U app and guess what, IT WORKED! Although I was 5 minutes late she was there waiting for me, whoops. Anyway, highly recommend!!!
