    This teller just refused to do a simple transaction for my friend because her checks were signed by her husband and not by her though both names are on the account. This was something that they have typically allowed in the past, but have recently stopped allowing apparently swearing up and down that they had never allowed it in their history. The truly interesting thing is that I have been there several times when they have allowed it. I see this banch of the bank as being worthy of being closed permanently just so that Truist can keep their customers if they so desire to keep them.

    Worst customer service I've ever seen! There's an Indian or Asian girl in there that is just flat out spiteful and rude. Carma, what comes around goes around you silly little girl!
