We are beyond upset to find out that our favorite Banker Tim is no longer there . We took our company’s business from Wells Fargo to Suntrust because of Tim and NOW he’s been removed . For 5 years he has treated us with the utmost respect . We survived the Truist merger SHITSHOW while our company Credit Cards were frozen for over a week without notice , before this merger the branch was NEVER short staffed it was always seamless ! Change is difficult we realize that but how does removing the ONE TRUE ambassador to the community help anything !? All I can say is this loss will be felt for a very long time :(

Never fails could be 1 person ahead of me or none and I have to wait at least 10 minutes. The clerks are literal sloths. No sense of urgency

Do you need a debit card and checks? A safe place to save money you’ve earned? Or both? Check out our checking and savings account options to find the best one for you.

Checking accounts are used for day-to-day transactions, like buying something online or at a store with a debit card, sending money digitally, writing a rent check, or depositing cash and checks. You can open your new account any way you want. (Note that Truist CDs can only be opened at a branch.)

Online: Get started right away by opening your account online. You’ll have to wait a few days for your debit card and checks to arrive by mail—or you can visit a branch to get a temporary debit card ASAP. Branch: Visit a branch near you during business hours to open your new account. Bonus—you’ll walk out with a ready-to-use temporary debit card with your new checking account.
