We have been Truist customers since we moved here. They treated us very bad recently. We applied for a home equity loan and were told our credit was so good no problem. We went out of town while we were gone the closed our loan and never let us know. Very poor service. Do not trust them. The will screw you!

Hello, I am writing to formally address a recent and unsatisfactory experience at the Truist branch located on North Elm Street. As a longstanding client who manages multiple business accounts with Truist, I have generally appreciated the quality of service provided. Unfortunately, my recent visit did not align with that standard. On my visit at approximately 10:00 AM, I requested a standard amount of change for my businesses, specifically a box of quarters, dimes, and nickels. I was informed that the branch manager was unavailable at that time and was advised to return the next day. Upon returning the following afternoon, I was then told that the branch could not accommodate my request due to a lack of available change. Moreover, the communication I received during this process was dismissive and not reflective of the professional service I expect from Truist. While I understand that operational challenges can arise, the manner in which this situation was handled did not meet the level of customer care I believe your institution strives to deliver. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and address the matter internally to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Thank you for your attention and commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.

Este banco es pésimo no lo recomiendo a nadie .Entiendo que te pongan en hold un cheque pero no toda la cuenta cuando los billes no esperan por nadie

I had a very hard time with the teller Michelle, I felt discriminated with the service she provided and they way she treated my mother and I. My old BB&T branch which i've been with for more than 20 years treated me and my family so well until the merge, now this place has horrible customer serive and no hospitality what so ever. I would give this place 0 stars after todays encounter.
